In the Name of God Amen . I John Haines of Aldbourne in the County of Wilts Yeoman being in sound mind memory and understanding do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in mahher and form following (that is to say) first I will that akk my just Debts funeral and testamentary charges be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named and I give and bequeath to my Son John Haines of Aldbourne aforesaid all that Tenement adjoining to my Dwellinghouse with the garden before the same To hold to him and his Heires and I give and bequeath to my three daughters Elizabeth Haines, Mary Haines and Sarah Haines all the rest of my real and personal Estate goods and chattels of what kind soever I shall leave at my decease to be equally divided between such of them as shall be then living shear and shear [sic] alike And I will that if any of my freehold Estate be sold by my said Daughters that my said Son John Haines be the purchaser if he can. And I appoint my said Son John Haines sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and revoking all former Wills heretofore mead [sic] do publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.

Sealed signed published and declared by the said John Haines, the Testator as and [sic] his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses

THE WILL of John Haines Deceased
THIS WILL was proved at Aldbourne on the 10th Day of December 1830 before the Revd Morgan Williams Clerk Master of Arts lawful Surrogate of the Reverend and Worshipful William Macdonald, Clerk, Master of Arts, rchdeacon of the Archdeaconry of Wilts, And by him Administration of all and singular the Goods and Chattels of the said Deceased, and aby ways concerning h is Will was committed to John Haines the Sole Executor named in the said Will (being first duly sworn of the Truth of the said Will, and faithfully to perform the same, and to pay the Deceased’s Debts and Legacies as far forth as his Goods and Chattels will thereto extend and the Law bind him, and to exhibit a true and perfect Inventory of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the Deceased, and uyield a just and true Accompt when lawfully required) saving the Rights of all Persons.
