Heritage Centre

The heritage centre was created to inform and educate both locals and visitors about the history and heritage of Aldbourne.

The centre is open regularly during the summer months – please check our visiting page for opening times.

We also welcome tour groups – please see our tours page

Entry is FREE


The centre contains a number of displays and exhibits, some are permanent, but others are for just a single season. So please don’t think that because you visited last year you’ve seen it all!

The centre also provides information about what we have in our collections. If you’re interested in more just come in and ask us for help.

For those who know the village, we’re in the old CAN building just left of the Crown public house. For those of you new to the village here’s a map:

Grand Opening – Easter Monday 2016

The Grand Opening ceremony for the Aldbourne Heritage Centre was held on Easter Monday 2016. We welcome organised tours, and can probably open the centre to match your visit given prior notice.
